Writing
Today and tomorrow you will be writing a letter to a future fourth grader who will be in my class. I want you to address it to "Dear 4th Grader," and write about what they can expect in their 4th grade year. Think about what you learned this year, what activities we did, and what your favorite parts were. Remember that remote learning might not be a part of their 4th grade year so don't focus on that too much!
You can type it and submit it to me or you can handwrite it! You have 2 days to work on this!

OPTIONAL:
We are at an interesting point in time with a global pandemic. I think that it can be important to write about what you're spending your time doing and keeping a log of your time away from school. Write in your dismissal journal about what you're doing while not in school, and about your feelings. You will need to download the journal in order to save and submit your writing. I would like to make the journal optional this week if you need to spend more time writing.
